About Me
I received my Bachelor of Arts from Union College in 2006 and completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University in 2013.
I began my clinical work in 2012 at the The Renfrew Center as an Intensive Outpatient Primary Therapist, where I provided supportive clinical services to clients coping with eating disorders as well as co-occurring diagnoses such as generalized anxiety, major depressive disorder and borderline personality disorder. I provided individual therapy, group therapy, meal support and family therapy.
In 2015 I joined Columbus Park as Primary Therapist and Intake Coordinator. I received evidenced-based training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Eating Disorders, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Relational Therapy.

Postpartum Support International’s Perinatal Mood Disorders Components of Care certificate program
Completion of 36 continuing education hours every 3 years to maintain licensure
